Requirements
- Strong English reading, comprehension, and speaking skills.
- Proven ability to build and improve processes (SOPs).
- High attention to detail in financial reconciliation and inventory tracking.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- USB Headset with noise cancellation.
- Working webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (cable).
- Backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Manage advertising, update listings, and monitor inventory levels.
- Pull sales data into Excel and coordinate FBA shipments.
- Input inventory data into Pilot accounting software.
- Enter invoices and prepare month-end support packages for CPA.
- Maintain USDA/FDA compliance files.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and customs brokers.
- Handle cross-entity workflows.
- Build and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
