Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in SRE, cloud DevOps, or infrastructure architecture.
- Strong proficiency with AWS (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, KMS) and hands-on GovCloud exposure.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, including cluster upgrades, Helm, and container security.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps workflows.
- Availability for rotational on-call coverage.
- Ability to work within a FedRAMP Moderate-authorised environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage reliability and design decisions across multi-cluster Amazon EKS and AWS Commercial/GovCloud infrastructure.
- Execute advanced incident response, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Implement and maintain FedRAMP compliance, including vulnerability management, DISA STIG hardening, and NIST SP 800-53 controls.
- Design and manage observability architecture using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Define and maintain SLIs and SLOs for the platform.
