Requirements
- ~1 year of relevant hands-on experience (work, internship, personal projects, or self-study).
- Genuine interest in technology with a curious, troubleshooting mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Clear written communication skills for help desk interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, English-speaking team.
- Experience with identity, access, or collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, Slack) is preferred.
- Basic scripting exposure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee user lifecycle and provisioning, including account management across platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, and Slack.
- Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning and asset reclamation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles and IT process documentation.
- Support periodic access reviews and security compliance audits.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn IT landscape systems and build scripting automation literacy.
