Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years in knowledge management, LMS administration, instructional design, or technical writing.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint administration and content management.
- Experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Learn365, Nevvon, Absorb, Relias, Workday, Docebo).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, Compliance, Ops, and IT.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and maintain internal knowledge bases, SharePoint sites, and documentation hubs.
- Write, edit, and optimize process documentation, job aids, call scripts, and internal communications.
- Oversee SharePoint site structure to ensure content is searchable and up-to-date.
- Manage LMS course uploads, learner enrollments, compliance tracking, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot technical LMS issues and maintain integrations with Salesforce.
- Generate reports and analyze training data to optimize content and learner experience.
- Design e-learning modules and training assets using tools like Articulate Rise and Vyond.
- Support live and virtual training sessions by managing learning assets.
