Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience with LoadRunner Enterprise, 5 years with ALM and UFT

Requirements

Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience with LoadRunner Enterprise.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ALM and UFT.
Experience with software development preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide support for performance testing and automation initiatives for teams and projects enterprise-wide.
Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of testing processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Create, update, and manage training materials for performance testing and automation.
Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to cross-functional teams.
Simulate hundreds/thousands of virtual users (Vusers) and capture KPIs like response time, throughput, and error rate.
Support different protocols including HTTP/HTTPS and web services.
Provide analysis reports and graphs to identify bottlenecks.
Perform administrative maintenance of testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM and LoadRunner Enterprise.
Execute performance testing SDLC, including development of test scripts, plans, and reporting.
