Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end with high autonomy, including defining scope through research when undefined.
- Correct project direction when necessary and drive tasks to completion.
- Manage daily project activities such as planning, meeting facilitation, progress documentation, and management reporting.
- Apply flexible project management approaches, shifting between Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required.
- Research and quickly master new subject matter to provide informed answers and challenge project assumptions.
- Partner with business stakeholders and executive sponsors to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
