Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA or M.Sc. is an advantage.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in the renewables sector.
- Mandatory experience in project development within Poland; experience in Germany and Romania is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and coordinating project timelines.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to Israel.
- Experience working for an international company is an advantage.
- High level of proficiency in English (technical, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and independent working capabilities.
- High motivation and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 2-3 project development managers overseeing greenfield and mature wind, solar, and battery storage projects through to Ready-To-Build (RTB) status.
- Lead all development verticals including securing land rights, permitting, and grid interconnection.
- Integrate and manage local interfaces such as developers, engineering firms, legal advisors, consultants, and government institutions.
- Coordinate internal departments including Engineering, Financing, and Procurement, providing regular status reports.
- Oversee project scheduling and budget management.
- Monitor and report on relevant regulatory updates and changes.
