Requirements
- 2–4+ years' experience in automation, systems, technology, operations, or process improvement.
- Proven experience delivering automation or AI solutions in a real business environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI tools/APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, OAuth, and service accounts.
- Working capability in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with document-data extraction, CSV, spreadsheet, and database processing.
- Experience with testing, error handling, logging, monitoring, and API-key management.
- Experience using Git or another source-control system.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and operational processes.
- Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable business value.
- Build and manage integration workflows using platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.
- Develop effective AI prompts and AI-assisted workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Document business processes, create SOPs, and train team members on new systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations and automations to ensure data accuracy.
