Requirements
- Previous experience as a Systems Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, CRM Administrator, or Configuration Specialist.
- Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining business systems, including Salesforce Flows, Zendesk automations and triggers, and Intercom workflows, bots, or messaging campaigns.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, automation, and business process optimization within enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot system issues, investigate incidents, and resolve technical challenges.
- Experience integrating systems and supporting data flows between platforms.
- Familiarity using tools such as Postman, Workbench, or REST APIs.
- Demonstrated commitment to following established technical standards, documentation practices, and system governance processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently deliver medium-sized projects, enhancements, and support requests, proactively identifying solutions and driving work through to completion.
- Design, develop, and improve scalable business systems, identifying opportunities to enhance existing architecture and processes.
- Build reliable, sustainable solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms and support long-term business needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and leverage appropriate tools to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Evaluate risks and dependencies when implementing changes, ensuring thoughtful rollout plans and mitigation strategies are in place.
- Communicate technical solutions through clear documentation, design discussions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and constructive feedback.
