Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in software development, systems engineering, automation, solutions engineering, technical business analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including document management, collaboration tools, lists, workflows, and permissions.
- Experience working with document management systems (DMS).
- Experience designing and implementing business process automation.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks and data structures.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Work across the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.
- Design and implement automated workflows and system integrations.
- Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Work with APIs, webhooks and data integrations where required.
- Develop scripts or lightweight solutions where no off-off-the-shelf automation exists.
- Assist with AI-enabled workflows for client onboarding, information collection, document preparation and reporting.
- Build and maintain SOPs and documentation for new workflows.
- Train team members on new systems and workflows.
