Responsibilities
- Own the team's technical vision end-to-end and partner with product teams to create an ambitious roadmap.
- Define technical standards and lead the team to meet them consistently.
- Collaborate with the CTO to shape strategy, product bets, and roadmap.
- Participate in the engineering leadership team to drive impact beyond your immediate team.
- Drive AI adoption within the development, shipping, and operational lifecycles.
- Hire, mentor, and coach engineers to help them reach their full potential.
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable with empathy.
- Build effective relationships across engineering, product, and leadership functions.
