Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or commercial operations experience.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales operations, analytics, and commercial performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, territory design, and incentive compensation administration.
- Experience supporting oncology, specialty pharmaceutical, buy-and-bill, or complex provider-based sales models.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM systems.
- Ability to partner with IT and vendors for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience supporting Market Access, Patient Services, or Commercial Excellence organizations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day commercial operations supporting Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Operations.
- Develop and maintain operational processes to improve execution efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage sales operations including territory alignment, incentive compensation administration, and performance reporting.
- Oversee the development of commercial dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Serve as the business owner for CRM and commercial technology platforms, driving adoption and system governance.
- Partner with Finance and commercial leadership to support short and long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate across functions including IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
