Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in operations, particularly in higher education partnerships, business development, or account management.
  • Advanced hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed organization.
  • Experience with Slate or university database systems is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational strategy for the University Partnerships function to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enrollment goals.
  • Configure and oversee standardized reporting processes across Salesforce and external platforms.
  • Manage the Post-Verto Planning function to support student transitions to partner universities.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable, streamlined solutions.
  • Establish, track, and communicate department-wide KPIs and OKRs.
  • Serve as the business-side product owner and technology liaison for Salesforce, Partner Portal, and other operational systems.
  • Lead technical scoping and business process development for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and proxy to the Chief Strategy Officer, driving follow-through on organizational initiatives.
