Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
- Significant experience leading other managers (manager of managers).
- Proven experience scaling multiple teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success leading remote or distributed teams with a focus on trust and accountability.
- High proficiency with technology and experience working in AI-forward environments.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to hold teams to high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple remote case management teams through direct management of team leads.
- Hire, coach, and develop team leads and managers to build leadership capabilities.
- Establish structural standards, rituals, and communication cadences for a distributed group.
- Monitor capacity and case distribution to maintain balance, efficiency, and consistent output.
- Ensure end-to-end management of pre-litigation cases, from claim initiation to lien resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to refine AI-forward operational tools.
