Requirements
- Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
- Proven experience building highly intuitive products and attention to detail
- Full-stack development experience supporting scalable, long-term features
- Experience working directly with customers to understand problems before writing code
- Demonstrated ability to build systems adopted by other teams
- Strong technical fundamentals with the ability to trace requests from UI to data store
- High agency; background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder
- Pragmatic approach to choosing tools and technologies
- Deep commitment to code quality and readability
- Clear, direct, and persuasive communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Own features end to end across product lines, from understanding the problem with stakeholders through launch and iteration
- Build performant, spreadsheet-grade UIs over large financial datasets
- Design data models and APIs that hold up across multiple product lines, including streaming results and long-running processes
- Build AI-native product features - orchestration, tool calls, retrieval
- Raise the engineering bar through excellent code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication
