Requirements
- Operational experience protecting people, businesses, or brands in fields such as corporate security, intelligence, threat assessment, military, or law enforcement.
- Hands-on experience using social and open-source threat intelligence (OSINT) products as a practitioner.
- Working knowledge of manual OSINT tradecraft including source discovery, Boolean logic, geolocation, and imagery verification.
- Product management experience or demonstrated ownership of a product-adjacent function like intelligence program design or internal tool building.
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions based on incomplete or conflicting information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and strategic conversations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.
- Resourceful and collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Energetic, empathetic, and earnest mindset with a record of delivering quality work.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in corporate security, threat assessment, and executive protection personas.
- Conduct continuous customer interviews, discovery, and feedback sessions to identify specific problem statements.
- Maintain a clear product roadmap and balance business objectives with customer needs and industry trends.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate problems into specifications and deliverable milestones.
- Build working prototypes using modern AI tools to pressure-test concepts with customers.
- Define success metrics, analyze product usage data, and iterate on features based on outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to position capabilities and train internal teams for successful go-to-market execution.
