Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant academic field such as I/O Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Relevant professional qualifications, including ICF accreditation for coaching or certification in psychometric tools.
- Extensive experience in high-growth consulting or professional services environments.
- Proven track record in assessment and coaching of mid- to senior-level executives.
- Experience in account and client management, including successful program implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and expand relationships with C-suite clients.
- Cross-industry experience covering at least two distinct industries.
- Experience supporting or leading revenue-generating activities and business development.
- Expertise in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of industrial-organizational psychology principles and psychometric instruments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class executive assessment and coaching solutions to leaders in iconic organizations.
- Support aligned executive search teams in embedding assessment and coaching solutions to bring rigor and quality to client work.
- Partner with industry and functional experts to shape impactful solutions for new and existing clients.
- Manage complex client accounts and guide organizations toward successful talent outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting tools, products, and services.
