Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management.
- Proven experience owning multi-track engineering programs in production B2B SaaS or data/AI product environments.
- Technical fluency to follow architecture conversations and challenge timeline estimates.
- Experience managing platform migrations or maintenance-mode transition programs in live production environments.
- Strong async communication skills, specifically for executive status updates and dependency mapping.
- Ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience coordinating complex programs involving both internal teams and external contractors simultaneously.
- Capability to own release planning and sprint coordination across multiple engineering squads.
Responsibilities
- Own release planning and sprint coordination across internal engineering squads and external contractor teams.
- Track cross-team dependencies across a shared engineering pool model.
- Manage the KnotchOne platform delivery program, including weekly release cadence and incident coordination.
- Track product and architectural milestones as a formal program for platform evolution.
- Bridge the gap between architecture decisions and daily squad-level execution.
- Challenge timeline estimates and manage contractor workstream intake.
- Coordinate maintenance-mode sequencing and platform stability efforts.
