Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for complex R&D roles in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles or ability to quickly master that talent market.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a small team to manage shared territory.
- Capacity to adapt communication style to partner effectively with diverse hiring managers.
- Fluent in compensation benchmarking and able to influence decisions with data.
- Clear communication skills to translate complex technical work into a compelling candidate narrative.
- Comfort with ambiguity and reliance on metrics to drive recruitment strategy.
- Commitment to a transparent, high-touch candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles, from intake through offer.
- Partner with other R&D recruiters to manage shared req loads and maintain consistent hiring standards.
- Recruit for roles supporting AI initiatives by developing targeted sourcing strategies.
- Use recruitment metrics and market insights to advise hiring managers on pipeline health and talent availability.
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates in technical and AI communities.
- Lead calibration syncs with hiring managers to refine requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Represent Addepar's mission and technical challenges to prospective candidates.
