Requirements
- 1 year in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, OR 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy role.
- Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
- Business or STEM undergraduate degree.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis and identifying the root cause behind performance metrics.
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of requests with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical system issues into plain English.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and GTM system stacks.
- Comfort and experience engaging with AI tools for professional tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of escalation for issues, questions, exceptions, and edge cases related to the execution of Sales and Client Management workflows.
- Own the intake and execution of ad-hoc data requests, building reports and performing rapid-response analysis to help leadership make real-time decisions.
- Partner with GTM Systems & Data to ensure data integrity within Salesforce and our GTM stack by performing regular hygiene tasks and identifying data gaps.
- Assist Revenue Operations Managers in the design and documentation of new processes, helping to map out the detailed logic for complex workflows.
- Maintain and update recurring performance dashboards to ensure every member of the revenue team has the visibility they need to track progress against goals.
- Refine and track key performance metrics to understand and measure the performance of Garner’s commercial organization.
