Responsibilities
- Own sportsbook margin performance and optimisation initiatives.
- Diagnose structural leakage across cohorts, markets, and products.
- Define and prioritise a margin optimisation roadmap.
- Review pricing, limits, and stake factor frameworks.
- Assess and optimise promotional and generosity mechanics.
- Partner with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to implement improvements.
- Establish performance reporting and governance frameworks.
- Manage and develop a Trading Quant.
- Define tooling and platform improvements with Engineering.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows.
