Requirements
- Five or more years of professional web development experience.
- Three or more years of experience with SQL, including schema design and complex queries.
- Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles.
- Experience delivering full-stack projects involving frontend, backend, and database integration.
- Ability to design and launch web applications from start to finish.
- Experience using Git in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with web application, data, and SQL security best practices.
- Comfort working outside framework abstractions.
- Sound engineering judgment regarding tools and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end features from technical design through deployment and monitoring.
- Write clean, secure, scalable code for web applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Design and integrate internal and external APIs.
- Develop new products while modernizing existing systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and design relational database schemas.
- Build and maintain complex backend services and algorithms.
- Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize legacy code.
- Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
