Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Expertise with containers, artifact registries, Docker, and Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Proven experience building and securing CI/CD systems.
- Proficiency with Go (Golang) or ability to ramp up quickly.
- Experience with AI tooling and interest in applying it to complex problems.
- Enthusiasm for working closely with Product and customers to launch new features.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and seek help proactively.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from design through implementation, rollout, and iteration.
- Navigate ambiguous problems by taking initiative and finding clear paths forward.
- Contribute to a product-driven roadmap by prioritizing tradeoffs and shipping iteratively.
- Extend Chainguard's agentic AI foundation into customer-facing product experiences across the full product suite.
- Collaborate with team members and the Product team to guide technical decisions and promote excellence.
