Requirements
- College degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
- Over five years of experience in mortgage, technology, or the secondary market.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with web-based systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and people skills.
- Ability to provide actionable constructive feedback with diplomacy.
- Available for limited travel.
- Flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, analyze, and document system and user requirements from business users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Create and maintain user stories within agile teams.
- Analyze system usage, feedback, and statistics to validate requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs for development and testing.
- Participate in UAT testing and assist in demo preparation.
- Communicate test progress, results, and issues to project stakeholders.
