Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with relevant systems and processes.
- Expertise in clinical trial systems (e.g., CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTMS).
- Proven experience with AI technology and building AI agents.
- Strong proficiency in transforming business process requirements into functional requirements.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Experience leading teams directly or indirectly to achieve operational outcomes.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and integrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively, motivate, and empower others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure system adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead or support system implementation including testing, training, and configuration.
- Conduct stakeholder requirement discussions to identify functional needs and adoption barriers.
- Develop and document specifications for system selection, operations, and configuration based on business needs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to update business operation system configurations such as templates, reports, and dashboards.
- Oversee new system releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor systems for efficiency improvements and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Participate in audit and regulatory inspection preparation and CAPA development.
