Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience with relevant systems and processes.
- Expertise in clinical trial systems (e.g., CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS).
- Experience with AI and the building of AI agents.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of transforming business process requirements into functional requirements.
- Experience leading teams directly or indirectly to achieve operational outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively, motivate, and empower others.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Experience with system configuration and integration.
Responsibilities
- Ensure system adoption through training, communication, hands-on demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead or support system implementation, including configuration, testing, and training.
- Coordinate stakeholder requirements discussions to understand functional needs and adoption barriers.
- Develop system specifications, procedures, and best practices for technical and clinical teams.
- Oversee new system version releases, configuration changes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor Business Operation Systems to increase efficiency and end-user experience.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership regarding operational efficiency.
- Participate in audit and regulatory inspection preparation and CAPA development.
