Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Taxation or equivalent.
- 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, with focus on international tax strategies and compliance.
- 10+ years of U.S. Big Four tax and audit experience with public corporations.
- Direct experience deploying tax technology, ERP tax configuration, or product management.
- Experience managing teams of professionals under tight deadlines.
- Deep technical knowledge of U.S. federal, international, and indirect tax law.
- Proficiency with tax software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Ability to travel globally (approximately 25% annual expectation).
- Strong communication and public speaking skills for executive-level presentations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor significant global legislative changes and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
- Manage and lead a team of business solution analysts assessing regulatory and tax changes.
- Develop processes for collaborating with research analysts and engineers to ensure high-quality software updates.
- Work with the Global Product Delivery team to formulate service delivery strategies.
- Research and advise on cost-efficient methods and tools for validating legislative changes.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to position TLR deliverables in the market.
- Communicate complex tax concepts to executive leadership and non-tax professional audiences.
- Participate in client-facing marketing and sales activities to showcase company capabilities.
