Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
- At least two years of directly applicable programming experience.
- At least three years of overall programming experience, including large-scale database management systems.
- Proficiency in required development tools such as JavaScript, HTML, ASP, SQL*Plus, and PL/SQL.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology is strongly preferred.
- Supervisory or team leader experience is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of government IT environments and automated litigation support systems is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs for litigation environment applications and management systems.
- Translate program requirements into functional program code.
- Test, debug, and refine programs to ensure data processing meets written specifications.
- Revise programs to optimize efficiency and reduce operating time.
- Develop data entry screens, user interfaces, and specialized reports.
- Provide technical direction and supervision to other programmers and technical support staff.
- Develop end-user and technical documentation and provide training for systems.
