Requirements
- 10+ years of professional security experience.
- Significant experience performing source code audits (not just penetration testing).
- Recent hands-on security work (code review, vulnerability research, or tool development) within the last 12 months.
- Experience leading a team of 8+ engineers through client engagements.
- Demonstrable experience managing project profitability, utilization, and staffing in a consulting environment.
- Proficiency in at least 4 of: Rust, Go, Python, C/C++, Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Track record of building team members' careers and promoting external visibility (e.g., conference talks, publications).
- Proficiency with AI coding and analysis tools.
- Active contributions to the security community.
Responsibilities
- Own the quality and profitability of every client engagement.
- Review audit findings and provide technical guidance on complex projects.
- Manage practice financial performance, utilization, and project staffing decisions.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of 12 security engineers.
- Set technical direction for tooling, methodology, and capability development.
- Model and champion the use of AI tools to amplify team workflows.
- Maintain direct relationships with key clients and contribute to security community research.
