Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) configuration, support, and process optimization.
  • Experience supporting, configuring, or optimizing recruiting workflows with a modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.
  • Proficiency in configuring enterprise applications to tailor workflows, user interfaces, and business rules.
  • Deep understanding of user experience principles and translating customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Skilled in identifying project and operational risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems, scheduling, and labor optimization preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Manage system enhancements and project lifecycles from requirements through to production delivery.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure thorough unit and system testing before user acceptance.
  • Support, maintain, and document software functionality, including release notes and user manuals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across HR systems.
  • Ensure project compliance with established change management processes and coordinate resolution of software defects.
  • Communicate project risks, updates, and requirements clearly to business stakeholders.
