Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a closely related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, Secoda, or comparable product analytics and data platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, experiment design, and evaluation.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, data visualization, and analytical methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable analytics frameworks.
- Ability to influence Product teams and senior stakeholders through clear insights and data storytelling.
- Experience translating complex analytical findings into business and product strategies.
- Experience working in SaaS or fast-growing technology environments is preferred.
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Strong mentoring, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous discovery initiatives by helping Product Managers define success metrics and test assumptions.
- Design and improve experimentation frameworks, evaluate A/B tests, and refine hypotheses.
- Develop scalable product analytics frameworks for consistent measurement and decision-making.
- Enable self-service analytics by improving data accessibility via tools like Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda.
- Use SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform and interpret complex product data.
- Apply statistical methodologies and data visualization to generate actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance and storytelling.
