Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, and Secoda or equivalent tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, and experiment design.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and data visualization.
- Experience designing and implementing analytics frameworks for scalable decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in storytelling with data and translating insights into strategy.
- Prior experience in SaaS or fast-growing tech environments preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous discovery efforts by guiding PMs in defining metrics and running tests.
- Design robust experimentation frameworks and evaluate results.
- Build scalable product analytics frameworks to standardize decision-making.
- Enable self-service analytics by improving access to data through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda.
- Mentor junior analysts on statistical methodology and data storytelling.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Champion best practices for data governance and experimentation.
- Leverage SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform and analyze data.
