Requirements

- At least 5 years of progressive medical device sales experience.
- Experience selling surgical devices is strongly preferred.
- Established knowledge, relationships, and professional network within the assigned Tamil Nadu/Coimbatore territory.
- Strong understanding of medical device sales environments, customer organizations, and regional market dynamics.
- Detailed knowledge of product portfolios and competing products, including their respective strengths and limitations.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to structural heart and surgical technologies.
- Proven ability to develop business, identify opportunities, negotiate, and influence complex purchasing decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic and commercially minded approach with strong execution and territory-management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary commercial and clinical point of contact for the assigned territory and customer base within the surgical structural heart portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and other regional influencers.
- Use consultative communication, influencing skills, tact, and diplomacy to shape buying decisions and strengthen market positioning.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze customer needs, feedback, and objections to communicate the value of relevant products effectively.
- Develop and execute short-term territory plans aligned with regional sales objectives and growth opportunities.
- Provide relevant clinical expertise and product knowledge relating to cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
