Job Details

5+ years of successful experience in enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or practice management software sales.
Proven record of growing strategic accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
Expertise in consultative and value-based selling to multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Strong account planning and territory management capabilities.
Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
Strong business and financial acumen for strategic discussions with senior leaders.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% for client meetings and conferences.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience selling to Dental Support Organizations or multi-site healthcare groups is preferred.

Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned DSOs and multi-site group practices.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite, operations executives, and clinical leaders.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and closing.
Partner with stakeholders to develop technology standardization and digital transformation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive platform adoption.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
Negotiate enterprise agreements regarding pricing, deployment, and multi-location rollout.
