Requirements

Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Strong clinical judgment
Commitment to trauma-informed care
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred
Experience providing culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking families preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical intakes and assessments
Develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
Provide family education and care coordination
Deliver culturally responsive care
