Requirements
- Extensive Unreal Engine 4 experience.
- Strong knowledge of C++.
- Experience shipping AAA action and/or FPS games.
- Experience with closing down heavily dynamic and/or procedural systems.
- Experience with streaming, serialization, and procedural content systems.
- Proven experience managing internal and external engineering teams.
- Ability to quickly understand existing code and enhance/extend architecture.
- Support build automation processes as needed.
- Support analytics backend development.
- C#/python/Blueprint experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finalization and polish of dynamic gameplay and narrative systems.
- Oversee engineering teams, manage technical roadmaps, and facilitate cross-discipline collaboration.
- Own hardening of major subsystems to achieve shipping-ready quality.
- Review and approve milestones for external console port teams and performance/optimization efforts.
- Mentor internal and external engineers to ensure development quality and stability.
- Partner with design and art teams to align system and tool support with development needs.
