Requirements
- Strong track record in software engineering, AI, or computer engineering disciplines.
- Proven experience managing, growing, and leading technical teams.
- Experience with coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and local LLM frameworks (e.g., vLLM).
- Experience with evaluation frameworks (e.g., Inspect) and LLM agents.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP) and compute clusters (Kubernetes, Slurm).
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience thriving in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated drive for mission-oriented impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale internal/external red-teaming tools, products, and services.
- Develop agentic red-teaming systems to automatically explore the attack space.
- Advance state-of-the-art attacker simulation and output harmfulness evaluation.
- Maintain internal vulnerability databases and reporting infrastructure.
- Plan sprints and lead engineering execution for high-stakes engagements.
- Mentor red team ICs and manage team growth and hiring.
- Contribute to technical and product strategy for the red team.
