14+ years of total experience across software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security.
Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high-caliber engineers.
Technical credibility in infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud, or security engineering.
Ability to review architecture, challenge assumptions, and evaluate engineering estimates.
Proven experience turning ambiguous, high-impact mandates into sequenced delivery.
Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, identity and access management, and policy enforcement.
Experience delivering through stakeholders outside of direct reporting lines.
Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers.
Establish technical direction and roadmap priorities for security control planes and foundational security services.
Translate high-stakes, ambiguous security mandates into measurable outcomes and sustainable delivery plans.
Organize teams around business and technical outcomes with clear ownership.
Establish and maintain high engineering standards covering tested code, observability, and operational readiness.
Communicate complex security risks and trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
Build strong partnerships across platform engineering, SRE, and networking teams.
