Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
- Expertise in interpreting complex commission plans and building back-end data architectures for compensation.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex logic formulas and collaborative automation.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM, specifically in building custom reports and performance dashboards.
- Strong ability to perform data wrangling and maintain data hygiene using spreadsheets and analytical tools.
- Proven experience in business process mapping and operational efficiency projects.
- Demonstrated ability to convert complex business queries into quantitative analyses and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience managing relationships with senior leaders.
- Forward-thinking mindset with an active interest in the application of AI tools for operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage automated back-end processes and data models for accurate monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations.
- Deconstruct complex business requirements into structured analytical frameworks and maintain dynamic dashboards.
- Perform hands-on data manipulation and complex performance modeling using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
- Design and maintain robust Salesforce CRM reports and operational tracking tools for executive leadership.
- Evaluate end-to-end sales and operational workflows to identify friction and implement scalable process improvements.
- Act as a trusted liaison and advisor across Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Apply AI tools and automation to modernize and elevate sales operations workflows.
