Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in integration development, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- 7+ years of direct people management experience leading technical delivery teams.
- Deep understanding of iPaaS architecture patterns, middleware concepts, and cloud integration best practices.
- Proficiency in API management (REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, token-based authentication).
- Familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js for integration scripting.
- Experience with ERP (NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, etc.) and SaaS (Salesforce, Shopify, etc.) integrations.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM services within enterprise workflows.
- Strong background in client-facing delivery and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with Celigo integrator.io or comparable iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Jitterbit).
Responsibilities
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee and quality-review the design and delivery of scalable integration solutions using the Celigo integrator.io platform.
- Champion the adoption of Celigo iPaaS, agentic services, MCP servers, and AI-enabled automation across all delivery engagements.
- Engage directly with customers and partners as a senior technical representative during complex or strategic project phases.
- Review and validate Statements of Work (SOW), project estimates, and solution designs for accuracy, feasibility, and profitability.
- Own delivery KPIs including utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journeys.
