Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of JVM languages (Java or Kotlin).
- Experience with Micronaut or the Spring ecosystem.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Experience in a platform team or with critical high-load products.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and designing solutions independently.
- B1 or higher English level for international communication.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Kotlin.
- Optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Manage authorization domain tasks, including OAuth2 flows and AWS infrastructure.
- Handle integrations and feature development for internal consumer teams.
- Clarify requirements with stakeholders and independently design solutions.
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
- Launch new platform initiatives from the ground up.
