Requirements
- Solid background in MLOps or DevOps with projects shipped in production.
- Expertise in GCP (Vertex AI, GKE, GCS, BigQuery).
- Proficiency in GitOps (FluxCD or ArgoCD).
- Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and KubeRay.
- Experience managing GPU infrastructure and scarcity at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash; Go or Rust are a plus.
- Experience with IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Helm), and observability (Prometheus, Datadog, Looker).
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Dust).
- Knowledge of data lifecycle management, including cost, security, and encryption.
- Fluent in French and English.
Responsibilities
- Empower ML Engineers with the tools, infrastructure, and frameworks they need to iterate fast autonomously.
- Accelerate time-to-market for production-ready ML products through seamless integration and proper resource access.
- Own ML CI/CD in collaboration with the ML team, adapting frameworks for ML-specific needs.
- Enable large-scale ML experimentation through robust, reproducible, and scalable environments.
- Deliver MLOps building blocks and manage dynamic GPU infrastructure.
- Act as a technical mediator between ML and Backbone teams to propose effective solutions.
- Handle run responsibilities including on-call duties, post-mortems, and failure analysis.
