Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with a track record of improving and polishing functionalities.
- Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Experience in a modern front-end framework, preferably React.
- Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, or Python (open to other OO backgrounds).
- Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2) and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with cloud environments.
- Comfortable working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
- Proactive communication skills.
- Ability to take full ownership and drive projects with minimal oversight.
- Experience with LLMs or generative AI is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Refine existing product functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Ensure consistency across the product and maintain a cohesive look and feel.
- Implement performance improvements that impact end users.
- Focus on layout, interactions, responsiveness, and visual polish.
- Collaborate with full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers.
- Build scalable backend solutions.
