Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and eCommerce fulfillment in growth environments.
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact Operations projects from conception to implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and operational technology (e.g., Pigment, SPS Commerce, transportation management systems).
- Strong strategic systems thinking and ability to identify upstream inefficiencies.
- Experience creating effective SOPs and operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills for bridging departmental boundaries.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment operations and refurbishment (bonus).
- Track record in change management (bonus).
- Experience with Reverse Logistics management (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Design and scale operational systems, workflows, and tooling aligned with company goals.
- Build data architecture and automated systems to transition from reactive to proactive operations.
- Develop clear project roadmaps aligned with leadership vision and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Ops, CX, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Execute mission-critical projects using a hands-on approach.
- Identify and lead initiatives to reduce manual work through automation and improved tooling.
- Analyze operational data to extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop documentation and SOPs to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainable processes.
