Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with technology-based distribution systems.
- Experience with high output printers, label media, databases, and reporting tools.
- Experience with voice, RF, and scanning WMS equipment.
- Understanding of holistic functional process flows in a distribution center.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries (bonus).
- Experience with HighJump/Korber WMS and Proship Parcel Management (preferred).
- Ability to travel frequently up to 50% or more.
- Ability to provide off-hours support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements for operational solutions.
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot SanMar distribution systems and processes.
- Assist Project/Program Managers with project plans, milestone execution, and status reporting.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, tools, and processes.
- Act as the vendor point-of-contact for distribution-related solutions.
- Provide Tier III functional support and training to Distribution and IT teams.
- Identify, design, and deliver system changes in coordination with technical teams.
- Participate in build and User Acceptance testing activities.
- Develop and implement training materials for Distribution Centers.
