Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience using technology-based distribution systems including high output printers, label media, databases, and reporting tools.
- Experience with voice, RF, and scanning WMS equipment.
- Solid subject matter expertise on the functional use of technology-based distribution systems.
- Understanding of holistic functional process flows in a distribution center.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries (bonus).
- Skilled at creating functional/process flow and training documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Flexible schedule, able to provide off-hours support either remotely or onsite as needed.
- Ability to travel frequently up to 50% or more.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and users to gather and refine business requirements to help plan and execute solutions.
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot SanMar distribution systems.
- Assist Project/Program Managers with creation of detailed project plans and frameworks, including executing critical milestones.
- Create quality documentation on systems, tools, and processes for internal team and IT Service Desk use.
- Act as vendor point-of-contact for distribution related solutions and peripherals.
- Provide distribution system subject matter expertise to business areas and end users.
- Provide Tier III functional support and/or training to Distribution staff and IT support teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to identify, design and deliver changes to system environments.
- Conduct User Acceptance testing activities.
- Create and implement training for Distribution Centers.
