Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, or warehouse logistics analysis.
- Solid knowledge of technology-based distribution systems and tools (e.g., HighJump/Körber WMS).
- Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong data visualization, reporting, and data storytelling skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide off-hours support remotely or onsite as needed.
- Ability to travel infrequently (up to 10%) as needed to support the distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, validate data integrity, and prepare structured datasets for analysis.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to make data accessible for non-technical stakeholders.
- Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data for continuous improvement initiatives, ROI, and ROPI reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and Distribution on the design, maintenance, and support of business systems.
- Configure and maintain WMS and related system data, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Oversee Labor Management Systems (LMS) administration and data recertification.
