Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant pricing experience in Government and Commercial contracting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of government contracting regulations including FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
- Proficiency in Deltek ProPricer and Microsoft Excel for advanced pricing models.
- Experience with International Pricing and Contracting.
- Experience with proposal financials, including TINA proposals and supporting Government audits.
- Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, CPAF).
- Ability to conduct detailed-level analyses such as Risk and Risk Mitigation, Price-to-Win, and Cash Flows.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and problem-solving.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Business Group Leadership and Capture Teams to cultivate effective cost and price strategies.
- Assess DRFP/RFP documentation to identify appropriate cost/price strategies and tactical approaches.
- Collaborate with estimators to assemble labor and material costs while projecting impact on revenue/profit.
- Develop cost models and narratives for various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, CPAF) in response to RFPs.
- Ensure pricing submissions are compliant with Customer and FAR/DFAR regulations.
- Support fact-finding, government audits (DCMA, DCAA), and customer negotiations to ensure TINA compliance.
- Perform strategic and risk-based reviews of proposals.
