Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in demand generation and funnel management with a focus on pipeline mechanics.
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or equivalent acceptable).
- Working fluency with the modern GTM stack, including marketing automation and ad platforms.
- Strong command of Asana or comparable work management tooling.
- Ability to design structures and processes that others can maintain.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Ability to travel heavily for client meetings, company events, and industry conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to escalate issues proactively.
Responsibilities
- Master the operating calendar for all GTM programs, including dependencies across product milestones, deployment timelines, and sales priorities.
- Execute day-to-day demand generation programs targeting a narrow, high-value universe of accounts.
- Manage content syndication, paid programs, vendor relationships, and lead routing/quality assessment.
- Perform AEO/GEO audits and monitor brand citations across AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Coordinate the development of case studies, proof of work, and technical content with engineers and solutions delivery teams.
- Manage community and social presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, and practitioner forums.
- Maintain campaign infrastructure, data hygiene, and attribution tracking within the CRM.
- Coordinate funnel and pipeline activities across sales, marketing, and customer teams.
- Develop and maintain durable processes for intake, prioritization, and approvals to support program growth.
