- High level of accuracy and organization for heavy data entry.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Friendly phone demeanor for direct contact with customers and referral sources.
- Ability to work independently with limited or no direct managerial support.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
- Must be able to complete a 30-day onboarding period on a 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST schedule.
Responsibilities
- Monitor communication queues for new orders, updates, and cancellations.
- Verify and critically analyze order information to determine necessary actions.
- Navigate various healthcare portals and online resources to source customer information.
- Enter order data accurately into the company database.
- Correct existing customer records and process service cancellations.
- Answer daily inbound phone calls and emails from customers and care managers.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines when handling confidential health information.
